Each session is customized to your needs. Every tool in my tool belt is available to you during our session. That includes varying oils and salves, cupping, heating pads, Craniosacral therapy, relaxation massage, aromatherapy, and deep tissue work. We can work together to discover your sweet spot of pressure and combo of modalities so you can feel as cozy and comfortable in your body as possible.
